Benjamin, former member of the Clefs d’Or® Internationale and member of Clefs d’Or® Suisse (a prestigious club for hotel concierges), worked for a dozen years in the hotel industry in Geneva. A traveller and passionate chef, he is ready to respond to your every request. His motto is ‘availability and commitment’.

Why did you decide to set up My Swiss Concierge?

The hotel industry appealed to me from a very young age, even before I chose what to study at school. I’ve always loved being of service, and get enormous satisfaction from listening and helping out in any way I can. It makes me immensely happy to see your joy when I achieve my objective.

So, when Benjamin and I came up with the idea of establishing My Swiss Concierge, I didn’t hesitate to dive right in!

What do you personally bring to the company?

I know all the secrets of Geneva and the lakeside. I love exploring every corner of our extraordinary region. What could be more fulfilling than sharing my knowledge with you?

What do you like to do in your free time?

I go hiking, running and skiing in the mountains as often as I can. It would be a great pity not to make the most of what this region offers us. So, if you need a guide for your mountain escape, just ask for me!

Why did you decide to set up My Swiss Concierge?

I spent many years working in luxury hotels in Geneva, and I had the idea of offering concierge services to the wider public. A concierge’s role is to welcome clients and respond to all their needs throughout their stay. I want to offer the same range of high quality services to everyone, without the obligation of staying at a grand hotel.

What do you personally bring to the company?

Over the years, I have forged strong links with numerous partners and suppliers throughout the Geneva region. I want to put my address book and my concierge skills at the service of my customers.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I have two faults: curiosity and greed.  In order to satisfy them both, I love to drive off on gourmet adventures. Discovering a chocolatier, a cheese-maker, a wine-producer, a great restaurant – let me share my tips with you!
