Your free subscription includes personalised assistance Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:30pm, offering a wide range of services.

Our aim is to offer our personal assistant services whenever you need them, and so we are available for all your last-minute requests outside our opening hours whenever possible.

I PREFER NOT TO SUBSCRIBE. CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICES?

Everyone must subscribe FOR FREE through our website to be able to benefit from the services of My Swiss Concierge.

HOW IS MY PERSONAL DATA USED?

Your personal data is used to provide you with the best possible service in the most efficient manner. We may also use this data to send you emails with special offers and services that we think will be of interest to you.

WILL MY EMAIL ADDRESS BE SHARED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES?

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE-PROVIDERS?

Our service-providers and partners are subject to a rigorous selection process in order to ensure that they meet our quality criteria:  thoroughness, efficiency, confidentiality and punctuality.

HOW DO I RESERVE YOUR SERVICES?

You can reserve our services by calling 022 556 44 88 from Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 6:30pm. You can also reach us using the Contact form on our website, or send an email to info@myswissconcierge.ch.

We will respond within 24 hours in order to arrange the service requested as quickly as possible, and provide you with an exact quote.

CAN MY SWISS CONCIERGE PROVIDE ALL THE SERVICES I REQUIRE?

We want to facilitate your life in every way, and it will be our pleasure to meet all your requirements – within the law, of course!

CAN I GIVE MY SWISS CONCIERGE SERVICES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

We heartily recommend gifting our services to your friends and family! Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to find out what we can do for you and yours.

HOW ARE YOUR SERVICES INVOICED?

We undertake certain services ourselves. In this case, we apply our hourly rate.

If we use an external service-provider (such as dry cleaning, shopping, etc.), we apply our travel/research costs to the price of the service.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Your team of private concierges will send you your bill a short time after the service has been implemented. Our bank details will be enclosed for an online bank transfer.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR YOUR SERVICES?

All services can be cancelled in advance by calling 022 556 44 88 or by emailing us at info@myswissconcierge.ch Our Cancellation conditions are adaptable to each mission and depending on the contracts signed with stakeholders.

You will receive confirmation instantly.

If the service is not cancelled within the agreed time limit, My Swiss Concierge reserves the right to invoice in full for the service.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS OR CHARGES FOR SERVICES?

Depending on the time and day (apart from the times previously described), My Swiss Concierge reserves the right to increase prices.
